Thank you for participating in the American Association of Port Authorities Port Statistics Program (AAPA-PSP). You can register for the PSP by emailing data@ports.org and requesting access. Please include your port/organization in your email. We will email you an invitation to set up a PSP account.
Use the tabs below to submit monthly or annual information about your port. Collected data is available at all times for download.

Submit Monthly Data
Submit monthly data by either uploading a spreadsheet file or filling out the survey fields below and clicking submit. The port field is assigned automatically based on the organization associated with your account. If you have edits or corrections to previous entries, resubmit with the corrected data. Only the most recent entry for each month is recorded.

Upload a spreadsheet with monthly data. Accepted formats are .xlsx, .tsv, and
.csv. Headers must exactly match those in
this example spreadsheet
for successful submission. The year and month fields are required. You may omit any other fields. If an Excel
file has multiple sheets, only the first sheet is used.
